MS2® MECHANICALLY SEAMED ROOFING

Fixed Peak Flashing/High Side Eave - Part #WS-125

Fixed peak trim means that the standing seam panels will be pinned in place at the peak/high eave. If you have a fixed point at the peak, you will need a floating connection at the other end of the standing seam panel. In most instances, this will mean using an eave with a bullnose drip edge or eave with a joggle cleat.

This is our most popular peak flashing.

Peak flashing is a metal cap for a single slope roof condition that caps off the high end of the slope. Peak trim acts like a ridge cap to keep water, snow, and ice from getting under the roof. It’s also referred to as high side eave trim.
