The Western States Metal Roofing Spec Builder Tool is an online interactive tool developed to help minimize approval times during the construction submittal process. This is how it works.
Start by choosing which part of the building needs metal panels to see which options are available.
Step 1
Select from a list of available panel profiles based on your previous selection.
Step 2
Use the dropdown to explore different groups of colors and paint prints. Then make your selection. You can only choose one.
Step 3
Based on your previous choices, the gauges have been narrowed down to what's available in the color for the selected panel type.
Step 4
A summary of your selected choices will appear and a form must be filled out before you can set the spec builder in motion.
Step 5
Once you click the submit button on the form, your results will display on the next screen. Here you can view your results and start your download.
